Welcome to GoodSolBon. This store and website are operated by KAPGAN LLC, a Washington State limited liability company ("we", "us"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Our products. We sell coffee, tea and related consumer goods. Product images are illustrative; packaging may vary slightly. All products are sold as food products for personal consumption.

2. Orders and payment. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. We may refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

3. Pricing. All prices are in US dollars. Prices and availability may change at any time without notice. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout where required.

4. Shipping and delivery. See our Shipping Policy for processing and delivery times. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier, but we will assist with lost or damaged shipments as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Returns and refunds. Our Refund Policy governs returns, replacements and cancellations, and is incorporated into these Terms.

6. Intellectual property. All content on this site, including the GoodSolBon name, logos, text and images, is the property of KAPGAN LLC or its licensors and may not be used without our written permission.

7. Acceptable use. You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to interfere with its operation, or misuse discount codes or promotions.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability. This site and our products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.

10. Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
