Where are you located?
GoodSolBon is a Seattle, WA brand run by a small family company, KAPGAN LLC. We are online only and do not have a walk-in store. Questions: social@goodsolbon.com, a real person answers within one business day.
Where is the coffee roasted?
In the USA, in small batches throughout the week, by our specialty roasting partner. Every order ships straight from the roastery, so nothing sits in a warehouse in between.
How long does shipping take?
Allow 2-5 business days for processing and packing, plus 1-5 business days in transit. Shipping is free within the United States. You get a tracking number by email when the order ships.
Whole bean or ground?
Whole bean keeps its flavor longer and lets you match the grind to your brewer. If you do not own a grinder, choose ground: drip grind for most coffees, fine grind for Midnight Espresso.
How should I store coffee and tea?
Sealed, in a cool, dark cupboard. Not in the fridge or freezer. Our coffee bags have a one-way valve; squeeze the air out and reseal after each use.
Can I return coffee or tea?
Food products cannot be returned once shipped, but if anything arrives damaged, wrong or missing, email us within 14 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full. See our Refund Policy.
