Shipping policy

GoodSolBon ships within the United States only.

Processing. Every order is packed and shipped straight from our roasting partner in the USA. Coffee is small batch roasted in the USA throughout the week. Please allow 2-5 business days for processing, plus 1-5 business days in transit depending on your location.

Shipping cost. Shipping is free on all orders.

Tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Delays and lost packages. If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 days, or your package appears lost, email social@goodsolbon.com with your order number and we will reship or refund in full.

We do not currently ship internationally.
